Kristen and Matt's wedding was everything a photographer could ask for: an amazing couple, a lively congregation of family and friends, and a beautiful setting that holds so much meaning to the wedding party. The rainfall even cleared up just in time for their intimate outdoor ceremony. (which Kristen planned for perfectly with matching bridesmaids' rain boots!)
The Wedding Party and Couple Portraits were a highlight of the evening. With such a fun group to work with, and Centre's variety of captivating backdrops, we could have spent the entire day strolling across the campus and listening to stories about their college days.
First, we photographed them in front of the ceremony site, Old Centre -- The school's first building and a national landmark. Then, we walked over to Greek row, where Kristen and Matt first caught each others' eyes at a party. And the alumni's photo shoot would not have been complete without a few images in front of the iconic "C6H0" wall, where a student-painted commemoration the school's 1921 championship football win against Harvard proudly stands to this day.
Returning to the place where Kristen and Matt's relationship sparked, and celebrating with their Phi Kappa Tau and Alpha Delta Pi cohorts, was a wonderful way to commence their marriage. Congratulations to these two!
