On a Sunday a couple weeks ago, I found myself headed to one of the most beautiful historic homes I know, the Bodley-Bullock House, for Julia & Cameron's intimate wedding. Julia & Cameron were a lot of fun to spend time with during their engagement session at Shaker Village earlier this year, and I had an inkling that their wedding would reflect their playful personalities... I love when my inklings are right.
I really enjoyed seeing Julia's handi-work in all of the decor and details. She really put a lot of loving energy into the style of their wedding, from the succulent guest favors to all the hand-written signs. These details contributed to the joy of the wedding celebration.
After the wedding ceremony, we headed to Gratz Park for couple portraits. This is one of my favorite parts of the wedding day. It is so amazing to take photos of people who are in love, especially on the day that they are celebrating that love through marriage.
Before leaving for their honeymoon in Mexico, Julia & Cameron ran through a haze of bubbles, surrounded by their friend, family, and loved ones. The thing I love about exits is that it is a perfect symbol of the new journey a couple is about to start as a married couple.
